

IBN Malta held its summer party this year against a backdrop few networking events can match: Siġġiewi’s Feast of St Nicholas of Bari, one of Malta’s most celebrated village festas.
Members, partners and family gathered overlooking the illuminated Church of St Nicholas of Bari, with the festa’s fireworks, marching bands and streets of coloured lights providing the setting for an evening of conversation, speeches and celebration. The event was sponsored by Exante.
The turnout reflected the scale of the Ireland-Malta relationship IBN Malta exists to serve. More than 430 Irish-linked companies now operate in Malta, representing over €600 million in annual bilateral trade across aviation, financial services, gaming and digital sectors — a community built on relationships that often start exactly like this, over a shared table at a Maltese festa.
